We got a hot show on the virtual stage at the end of the month with Virtua Ongaku 14, live on our Twitch channel on Sunday, July 31st from 6pm to 10:30pm EST. We’ll have a mix of great video game music performances beamed through a series of tubes into your home. We’ll be headlining with Austin metal band Descendants of Erdrick. Joining them will be 88bit, Tiggs, Super Smack & The POP, and The Koopa Kids.

We had Descendants of Erdrick on our Final Fantasy-themed show, Warriors of Light in 2019. It’s still our most successful live show to date and we are excited to have the band back!

The Koopa Kids are making their Virtua Ongaku debut, but they blend funk and rock in ways that are fun. Their motif is to play video game music that Bowser would like. The Koopa King, not the president of Nintendo of America.

We have had 88bit on one of our early Virtua Ongaku shows in 2020. We have wanted him back on for a while and now he is available! 88bit is a master of performing note-for-note renditions of classic video game music on piano.

Tiggs is a powerful vocalist who is down to perform some of your favorite video game songs. It’s great to have her back as well.

Super Smack has been keeping busy with new music and collabs. But now he has a dance troupe known as The P.O.P. will be joining him for Virtua Ongaku 14.
