Ongaku Overdrive proudly presents Virtua Ongaku X, a LIVE concert stream you can see for free on our Twitch channel! Expect a fun night of video game music and other nerdy jams. Even with our return to live events, we will still have virtual concerts to showcase amazing acts you can’t see anywhere else. While the show is free to watch, we will be taking your donations to help pay the act performing on Virtua Ongaku X. When you donate, you will be entered into our prize raffle.
Musical Lineup
Knight of the Round
Based out of the Chicagoland area and returning from our Warriors of Light event, Knight of the Round are unlike most Video Game Music bands you may have heard. Their arrangements pay homage to the memorable Final Fantasy soundtracks while bringing an assault of two crushing 8-string guitars, grinding and thunderous bass, and aggressive polyrhythmic percussion with hard hitting blast beats. Spanning over a wide variety of the metal genre from classic thrash to modern progressive metal, the four piece delivers many iconic themes from Final Fantasy in the heaviest way possible.
TeraCMusic
TeraCMusic is a multi-instrumentalist based in Las Vegas, Nevada who loves to make covers of video game music such as Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, Chrono Trigger, and more. Her arrangements are the perfect hybrid of orchestral and electronic that will give you nostalgia along with a hint of something new. She earned her first videogame credit in 2020, contributing vocals and violin for The Lord of the Rings Online (Update 27).
Mark Cooper
Mark Cooper is a multi-disciplinary Rapper and Producer, carrying the torch of nerdcore hiphop from Detroit, Michigan. His branded work consists of a large body of verses and cyphers touching on all things considered “nerdy” or from gaming culture. His raps range cover Power Rangers, X-Men, Mortal Kombat, Halo, He-Man, Cobra Kai, and more, earning Mark Cooper the perfect branding of “nostalgic rap.”
Thennecan
Thennecan is a Chilean composer, producer, arranger and guitarist. His work incorporates musical influences like heavy metal, jazz fusion and Latin-American music. He has been involved in the production of different remix albums by video game music communities like Hyacintho Team, Pixel Mixers, Materia Collective and Pixel Quemado.

Prize Raffle
There will be a raffle around 11:15pm, after the final act. There will be six (6) drawings and each of those winners will be contacted by us. Prizes will include albums from the Bandcamps of the Virtua Ongaku X acts, some cool items from our prize stash, and more. For every $5 donated to the event, will be an entry into the raffle. So if someone donates $25, that will be FIVE raffle entries! These donations will help pay the acts performing.
