Ongaku Overdrive proudly presents Virtua Ongaku 6: MEGAMIX, a LIVE concert stream you can see on our Twitch channel! We’ll have a fun night of video game music and other nerdy jams, featuring acts from the past Virtua Ongaku shows. Plus, we’ll gace a prize raffle as well! The event is free to watch, with your generous donations going to our acts!

Professor Shyguy
Professor Shyguy’s music can be best described as; high energy, chiptune-electro-rocking, 8-bit, epically vocalized, highly danceable, theatrical nerd-pop. Singing 50% about video games and the other 50% is anything from Space/Time to English Language gymnastics. He is recently known as the singer for Starring Star on the Funimation dub of Dragon Ball Super. You might have also heard him on Kumail Nanjiani and Emily Gordon’s Podcast ‘the Indoor Kids’ or the Diamond Club podcast. He has also made theme songs for GuudeBoulderfist, This Week in Chiptune, PortsCenter, and more!
Lacey Johnson
Lacey Johnson is a newcomer in the VGM Community, but is already making waves. She produces weekly video game covers on her YouTube channel where she is the sole musician, arranger, and engineer. Whether she’s rocking out to a Devil May Cry cover or chilling at Seaside Kingdom, Lacey always looks like she’s having an absolute blast. Her exuberance is infectious, and it’s easy to see why so many people enjoy her music. She can also be seen touring the country with her Nintendo heavy metal band Super MadNES. Lacey has shown the world how cool the keytar can be. This “Keytar Kween” often performs solo sets on Twitch as well as live shows.
Kadesh Flow
Kadesh Flow is a nerdcore emcee with an MBA, a trombone Super Saiyan, and a Billboard Charting recording & performing artist. Desh performs high energy raps about anime, video games, and life, plays a mean trombone, and is a founding member of the NPC Collective. Kadesh Flow has performed at PAX, MomoCon, MAGFest, Otakon, Anime Expo, SXSW, and even our Mega Mania event.
Jackson Parodi
You’ve seen him at past Ongaku Overdrive events and maybe even on stage at MAGFest, Video Games Live, or Zeldathon. Jackson Parodi is the King of Accordion Style, weaving in his comedic timing and rapier wit with improvisational musical performance. Whether it’s on his Twitch broadcasts or at live events. But this time, Jackson will be playing piano! Jackson specializes in playing anything and even taking audience requests. In addition to performing music, Jackson enjoys sewing, baking, and professional wrestling.
Ro Panuganti
Ro Panuganti is a Progressive Rock and Metal Musician, recording and self-producing video game and movie theme covers, as well as original works. He is best known for producing concept albums based on Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Undertale as well as producing hundreds of music videos on his Youtube Channel. Ro primarily plays electric guitar while sharing a love of bass, piano, voice, sitar, and works to produce eclectic exciting works. He also enjoys video games, videography, and cooking.

Prize Raffle
There will be a raffle around 11:20pm, after the final act. There will be six (6) drawings and each of those winners will be contacted by us and mailed prizes from our stash. Prizes will include albums from the Bandcamps of the VO6 MEGAMIX acts and one of our Ongaku Overdrive merch bundles. For every $5 donated to the event, will be an entry into the raffle. So if someone donates $25, that will be FIVE raffle entries! These donations will be used to pay our performers for the evening.
