This weekend is Anime Festival Orlando, one of the longest-running anime conventions in the country. There will be a lot to do there, and we’re excited to be a part of it! We have a concert, a panel, a game show, and a table in the vendor room!
Ongaku ALL NIGHT will be this Friday at Club 3Nine @ Rosen Plaza. That’s right by the hotel lobby. The fun starts at 8pm and you’ll see live shows from Trash Burger, Lacey Johnson, Mega Ran, and a b2b set with Awesomus Prime x RnJi. That’s the order! There will be a whole lot of video game tunes, but a couple of the acts have something special planned for anime fans as well.
You will need an AFO pass to get in. It can be a Friday pass or a weekend pass. Ongaku ALL NIGHT is included in your admission!
3NINE has a full service bar with a couple of specialty drinks available and exclusive to our event! Maybe you’ll see Barbara Goodson of DanDaDan in there knockin back a Turbo Granny?
Or maybe Abigal “Kikoru” Blythe will pull up during one of the performances double fisting Kaiju No. 78? Anything could happen but be sure to try them both and drink responsibly.

Making Music for Video Games with Lacey Johnson and Mega Ran

Lacey Johnson and Mega Ran have collaborated with companies such as Square Enix, Cygames, Capcom, and AEW and have had their music in TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, Mortal Kombat 1, Steamworld Dig, River City Girls 2, and many more. Learn how they took their passion for video games and turned that into a career in performing and making music for games.
Video Game Name That Tune: Team Lacey vs Team Mega Ran
Saturday, June 21st from 1:30pm to 2:30pm in Game Show Theater (Salon 6)
Test your knowledge of video game music from different eras and genres, but as a team! Mega Ran and Lacey Johnson are experts and will be competing as team captains to prove who is the true master of video game music. They’ll need your help to win multiple rounds of Name That Tune! Are you Team Lacey or Team Mega Ran?
We will also have a table by the entrance of the Vendor Room all weekend! We’ll have merch and info on our next shows. We will also be hosting meet and greets on Saturday with Lacey Johnson, and Mega Ran. See them one more time before they head back home. They’ll have merch too!
