Our first event of the new year is ONGAKU 20XX on Saturday, February 29th at The Abbey in Orlando, Florida. Our headliner will be Bit Brigade who will perform a live speed run concert of Mega Man 3. Joining them will be Danimal Cannon, Richie Branson, RoboRob, and one of the greatest nerdcore acts going today, Orlando’s own EyeQ!

EyeQ has played from everywhere from PAX to MAGFest and is the first nerdcore hip hop artist to perform at the Library of Congress. He also founded Bytes & Beats, a tour that blends anime and hip hop at major conventions such as Otakon and MomoCon. EyeQ’s musical stylings come from the soul, and while he broke out with an Attack on Titan EP named Walls of Maria, he is currently working on an Anita Baker tribute in the form of three EPs. Live is out now and Love will be out on January 26th and is available for pre-order.

In addition to performing, EyeQ will also be our host for the event! There will also be a bunch of game setups, prize raffles, themed drinks, and more. Doors will open at 7:00pm and music will start at 7:30pm. Tickets are available here. It’s going to be a dang good time!
