ONGAKU OVERDRIVE CELEBRATES THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF OCARINA OF TIME WITH A UNIQUE MUSIC EVENT
ORLANDO, FL — Ongaku Overdrive, who brought fans Mega Mania: Celebrating 30 Years of the Blue Bomber in 2017, presents an event to celebrate of the most beloved video game franchises of all time.
Ongaku Overdrive’s Power, Wisdom, and Courage is a for fans, by fans event that will feature a full lineup of live music dedicated to The Legend of Zelda franchise, headlined by Bit Brigade’s Legend of Zelda NES speedrun concert. Joining Bit Brigade will be Master Sword, Super Guitar Bros, and dj-Jo. These four acts have performed at major events such as PAX, MAGFest, and Dragon Con.
In addition to concerts, Power, Wisdom, and Courage will feature artists, vendors, game setups, themed cocktails, prize raffles, a costume contest, a “name that tune” contest, and more. There will also be game tournaments for Super Smash Bros for Nintendo WiiU and Mario Kart 8 DX for Nintendo Switch, as well as Legend of Zelda NES speedrun races.
“Power, Wisdom, and Courage will be a one-of-a-kind event to celebrate The Legend of Zelda franchise. Nobody else in the world is doing this,” Kent Ward, founder of Ongaku Overdrive explains. “Being a lifelong fan, it is an honor to share this experience with fellow fans.”
Ongaku Overdrive’s Power, Wisdom, and Courage will take place just days before the 20th anniversary of Ocarina of Time, on Saturday, November 17th at The Abbey, located at 114 S 100 S Eola Dr #100, Orlando, FL 32801, right down the street from the iconic Lake Eola.
